Today's card is from a part of France that can be regarded as "Christmas country" because Christmas traditions are long-established and still very lively in the Alsace region.
Our guest today is 26 year old Mary, a schoolteacher from Alsace (Northeast of France). She is very dedicated to her work and tries to set aside a few hours during the week for scrapbooking. Very often, she only has time to make a card. For bigger projects, Mary has to wait for the school holidays. She gets her inspiration from posters, billboards, adverts, color combos, and also allows her projects to reflect the changing seasons. Here is a word from Mary:
"I love creating and sharing with others: a homemade gift or card is always very much appreciated! I would also like to thank the team at Scrap Rendez vous for extending this invitation and I hope you will like my sketch!".
