Carte de Pascale selon Miriam - Pascale's take (2)

 Bonjour,

Today, I'm sharing the second card I made using Miriam's sketch. I used a background stamp to stamp an image, then I broke it up and put it back together, with a few changes along the way.

Les principales étapes:

Main steps
1. Stamp the background image (I used Versafine Sepia ink) and emboss it with clear powder. Stamp another image of the biggest butterfly on a separate piece of cardstock and emboss that one too.
2. Ink the background with Distress inks (I used Antique Linen and Scattered Straw)
3. Colour the small butterflies on the background image and the big one that ou stamped separately, cut that one out.
4. Break up the background image and cut it up, ink the edges of all the pieces (with Versafine Sepia)
5. Put the image back together, glueing the pieces onto a piece of cardstock, leaving a small space between the pieces.
6. Adhere the cardstock to a larger piece of lighter cardstock, stamp the sentiment and put the brads on.
7. Adhere to a dark brown piece of cardstock
8. Gently fold the big butterfly  in half, adhere it to the backgrounf image, where the correponding big butterfly pattern is.
